Greenland is the largest island and the most dependent area in the world by area. About 81% of its area is covered with ice.
The Inuit locals say that the ice and the animals were created by the severed fingers of the Mother of the Sea. That is why she is a part of herself and it hurts them like her children. The Mother suffers for every mistake of man. When he does not respect the earth and its creatures, Mother’s hair gets dirty and traps the animals. Then man suffers from diseases and hunger. The only way to restore balance is for man to clean the Mother’s hair so that she can forgive him for his greed.
